Here’s a typical MSM article, about some gay group pushing a typically totalitarian gun policy and blaming every bad thing since the Hundred Years War on the NRA and its demonic hold on … oh, you already know the routine. I didn’t read it very carefully.
Kirsten John Foy of the National Action Network and Public Advocate Letitia James blasted the National Rifle Association’s “stronghold” on Congress at a protest against a firearms manufacturer with ties to the pro-weapons lobbying group today.
These people obviously consider themselves above the fray, unlikely to be gunned down in a club by a sadly confused Mennonite* with gay ideation who’s feeling just a bit conflicted and is working out his issues in an unacceptable manner with the evil connivance of S&W and the foul, excrescent N. R. A.
But they’re very concerned, and wish we’d all agree to implement their common-sense solutions to Gun Violencetm.
Here’s a second article, also written from the viewpoint of gay people, taking a slightly different approach to the issue. Like, “Yike, that could have been me. Maybe I should gun up after all.”
“If someone was to try and break into my home, and especially if someone were armed, I don’t want to fight back with a kitchen knife,” [Pink Pistols] chapter founder Jonathan Fischer told The Los Angeles Times. “I don’t think that’s extremist or crazy.”
LGBT gun advocates find their greatest political adversaries come from within the community itself, which has largely aligned itself with the liberal agenda.
A liberal’s opinion on this subject seems to be correctable, depending on whether the ordnance is likely to be incoming.

One thing I learned over the years is the gay community is just like any other community. Some gays are closed minded fools while others, not so much.
