Starting my twice-daily gig at T&S’s this afternoon…
Naturally racing a thunderstorm so there was no time to enjoy it. I like taking time with the boys and taking advantage of the view, but not today. Between no windshield wipers on the Jeep and the fear of getting stuck on the wrong side of a flooded wash, it’s get it done and get safely home quick as you can.
Tobie enjoyed the unscheduled ride, though. Now we’re home with rain banging on the roof, and just in time.
Wait! WHAT? No wipers? Did you ever mention this before?
What does not work? Cripes, with all the junkyards around here that has to be easy to fix. Send P/N or picture of the motor assembly.
Heck, I think I may still have the wiper timer I built it from loose parts back in 1974 for my VW and later moved to a Chevy wagon (neither had that fancy feature back then).
Wipers are easier ti fix now. Need to get them going. Starting to think jeeps are not all that good anymore
THAT’S the road to T&Ss? Man, that looks like an autobahn!

@Terrapod: Yeah, he’s mentioned the wipers. But amongs all the other Jeep woes, it’s easy to loose track of things. I don’t recall what’s up with those; perhaps Joel didn’t go into specifics. Next thing, he’s going to want a washer pump too! 🙂
I remember that rock wall from a post long ago. Somebody built that by hand, over time? Lots of work, but very nice.
