Trump: Republicans ‘have no choice’ but to vote for me.
Donald Trump said Thursday that Republicans wary of his campaign have little choice but to vote for him anyway.
“If you really like Donald Trump, that’s great, but if you don’t, you have to vote for me anyway. You know why? Supreme Court judges, Supreme Court judges,” Trump said at a rally in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
“Have no choice, sorry, sorry, sorry. You have no choice,” Trump continued, …
You know what? The republicans have gone to the ‘supreme court’ well awfully often, when trying to explain why people should vote for whatever shit sandwich they’ve trotted out this time. Personally, I no longer care. The supreme court can vote that up is down and ignorance is strength, and then they’re welcome to come here and enforce it. Until then, done with the bullshit.
There is, in fact, a choice. “A pox on both your houses” is a choice.
You’re right, but I don’t like being thrown in a cage on some fools whim.
Another flaw of mine I guess.
We are supposed to vote so we can have the right to complain about the government. Seems like a good enough reason.
We’re going to get either Trump or Clinton, so I will be voting for Trump. My reason: the Lugenspresse, the Main Stream Media. They will hound President Trump. Every decision he makes will be shown in the worst possible light, they will do their best to investigate everything he does. President Clinton will get abject adoration, lying and cover from the press. If the only way to get our news media to do their job as watchdogs of government is to make Trump president, President Trump it is. He won’t be able to get away with a hundredth of what Clinton would.
Tweell, “the Main Stream Media” never was truly monolithic, and it stopped being automatically liberal decades ago.
In my formative years, my hometown had two newspapers; one liberal and one conservative. People simply bought the version of the “news” that fit their own personal belief system. So I grew up understanding that there were multiple versions of every story, and that the actual “truth” fits somewhere in between. I think that recognizing that dichotomy early in life helped me grow up into the independent thinker that I (like to believe I) am.
Have you bothered with the WikiLeaks DNC emails, Ben? CNN, ABC, NBC and CBS took direction from them, cleared their stories beforehand and quickly fixed any complaints Wassermann-Schultz had. That leaves Fox, and they’re not big fans of Trump either. My point stands.
The MSM isn’t automatically liberal, the 85% give the 15% a bad name. I gave up on newspapers a long time ago – told them I couldn’t stop them from littering my yard, but I wasn’t going to pay them for it. Your formative years may have had two viewpoints, but that hasn’t been true for a long time.
