Which I took to mean it resets on the first, showing that I should approach the nastygrams on electronic gadgets the way fundamentalists misread the Bible: Literally.
Looks like I’m back. Looks like you guys had fun in my absence. I talked about going to the germophobic extreme of buying a doormat, which I took to mean one of these…

…eighteen bux at the local hardware, and you guys ran with that in all sorts of antisocial directions. Of which this was my favorite…

That one made me laugh right out loud, being something I would actually say to somebody at my door.
Meanwhile MJR confined himself to inspirational sayings…

Which, as I understand it, is no way for a Canadian to talk.
I’m back! It’s a little before six in the morning and I don’t have anything to say – LB wishes it to be known that the world owes him a belly rub and a walkie, but that’s the only thing he knows how to say at six in the morning – but I’ll be back.

Welcome back Joel. I hope last month’s bandwidth shortfall was a fluke caused by your tablet stealthily upgrading, or some other such preventable event. Reading your provider’s small print, your bandwidth usage even includes what they call “overhead”, which could mean almost anything! It could mean “handshaking” things that go on even when you are off line, and it MIGHT even include the data resending that happens when you have a fringe area signal. You would see that as a “slow connection”, but it could also mean excessive bandwidth use. (just a theory.) So it might pay to find the area in the Lair with the most bars.
“Looks like you guys had fun in my absence.” Yes. When the proprietor is away, we tend to play. What of it? 🙂
Woot! The coffee tastes better already.
.What Coloradohermit said. Catch us up on all the Hermitude and neighborhood news please. And do you have any ideas about what used up your gigs?
Good to see you back on line, you were missed.
BTW about the pic… After the Liberal (socialist) government came back last year with a majority, those idiots have started to roll back some of the gains we shooter had won so it’s game on again. The previous government took away the authority for the RCMP to enact firearms orders i.e. ban this, ban that. So one of the first things the new government did was to give the Brown shirts back this authority.
Here’s an example of their BS.

Looks like the NFA (National Firearms Association) will be gearing up for a court fight to defend the first person charged with having these.
