    Don’t forget to take the Leaning Tower of Pizza into consideration! But yes, the story of that bridge will serve as a cautionary tale in generations of future Engineering classrooms.

    The Romans didn’t have computers to tell them what to do. They had to rely on analytical thinking, experience, information synthesis, common sense, observation, mathematical expertise, things like that.

    And what about the Tacoma Narrows bridge?
