Shoulda painted them orange while I had them on the bench.

They sure blend into the background once the paint fades. Didn’t come out half bad, though…

That’s the hard part, because I had to do it on the ladder. Dulled two of Mark’s nice 3/8″ drill bits getting that much done. Tomorrow I’ll finish up the bottom three targets, then hit’em with some orange paint. Maybe if I impress Ian enough with his nice target range he’ll shoot one or two of his videos out here like he used to years ago.

You shouldn't ask these questions of a paranoid recluse, you know.

very nice. As for painting them, look at it from another perspective. Two legged animals will not be wearing bright orange clothing, so your targets shouldn’t be either.

  2. Or have his desert-dwelling hermit neighbor shoot some guns on video for him…..

    {scratch head} Hunters might be wearing orange…

😀 Okay, but I’ve never been tempted to have a gunfight with a hunter.

So Ben, you would rather Joel practiced shooting at hunters? Hmmm…

Actually I have been so tempted, but that’s kinda beside the point.
