Woke this morning to an email from my older brother with a link to this article, appending it with his own headline:
Sentenced to Eight Years in Prison for not having a penis
Prosecutors say 25-year-old Gayle Newland went to great lengths to create a male persona, setting up a Facebook account in the name “Kye Fortune.”
The pair spoke by phone over the course of two years and eventually met, with Newland persuading her friend to wear a blindfold.
While, you know, having tea.
The blindfold was prematurely removed and the truth, which involved a “prosthetic penis,” was revealed. Somehow this ended up in criminal court and was found to be sexual assault, with a sentence of eight years in (women’s, presumably) prison.
Which flies in the face of what I have been learning about gender theory. Isn’t gender a social construct? If the perpetrator of this “crime” identifies as a man, doesn’t that make him a man? But taking the other side of the argument – if she wasn’t a man and didn’t possess an actual penis, how could she possibly be guilty of sexual assault which can only be perpetrated by men*?
Is a puzzlement.
Big Brother added the subtitle,

Now, now… the double standard only works when the RIGHT gender is in charge, don’ t you know. These precious snowflakes just can’t accept the fact that there are only two sexes (“gender” is the wrong word), and that pretending otherwise is just plain stupid. A bull can pretend to be a cow, but he’s never going to produce any milk… and a cow is never going to produce semen. It’s really that simple. They are getting the sexes so mangled and confused that they’ll all be steers eventually.

Biology says what they are doing is against all natural laws for the perpetuation of the species, no matter how loud they protest. Me, being real politically incorrect, think they all have mental health issues that should have been addressed a long time ago.

Unfortunately, in this bizarre world, even the steers seem to breed. sigh
