I guess this didn’t really happen.
The women got into some kind of verbal dispute, Fouts said, during which the visitor pulled out a steak knife and violently stabbed the employee several times in the neck, abdomen and back.
A nearby valet driver, who also has a concealed pistol license, saw what was happening and rushed to the employee’s aid.
“He pulled the weapon out and stopped the attack from taking place,” said Fouts. “By then, this woman had been stabbed multiple times.”
Being a contractor with absolutely no employment rights, the guy who did the right thing was promptly fired.
Sarder says he was surprised to have been fired on the spot by a GM employee and then escorted off the property.
“He said, ‘You shouldn’t have had a firearm here. After this is done he needs to be escorted off the property. He’s not welcome back here.’ I was really bummed out. I got a little emotional,” he says.
And yet, in a once-in-a-lifetime miracle, his gun did not cause him to go berserk and kill everybody. Researchers were stunned at this development.
Also, happily, wiser heads prevailed and the good guy got his job back.
