We did too build that! I mentioned that flash floods destroyed all the wash crossings yesterday afternoon. By the time I got out there this morning all but one had been set to rights. Not a government machine in sight.
I heard about the destruction, and thought maybe my neighbors D and Darrel the Cop could use a little more horsepower than their little Japanese tractors but wasn’t going to drive Gulchendiggensmoothen all the way from M’s Dome without confirmation of need. Turns out I was very too late. DtC claims the first crossing of the south wash as his own responsibility and we’re not one another’s favorite people, so I wasn’t going to poach on his territory without actual evidence of inadequacy but I’m not shy about offering help to D. Neither needed my help.
There were three tractors and a backhoe at work on the road from yesterday evening, and not one came from Mama Government. So I guess you can stick that wherever you like, Big O.

Wait just one minute there….. NO NO NO! You drove a backhoe. The government taxed and regulating that thing from day one! They took money from the manufacturers, the laborers and the steel mills and their laborers and the mine owners and there laborers…… then the truckers who moved it……..and they taxed the shot out of the fuel you used to run it…….. and they taxed the dirt that not only got washed away but the dirt that was used to replace the taxed dirt that is now being re-taxed on some other dirt……
None of you fixed anything…. the TAXES fixed them.
See the logic? Vote for me.
