Hope all is well, just wanted to give you an update. I apologize for the delay with Little bear’s stone. Our shipment of Marble arrived broken, our supplier has sent out a new shipment and it is supposed to arrive by this Friday.
I will be in touch this weekend with status, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience

No, no, they’re legit. Landlady has received several in the past, perfectly fine. They’re just a really small specialty business, have a shitty IT “department,” and their suppliers regard them as something to be pissed upon.

So the marker will happen, I just don’t know when.
