Two people who should certainly know have told me about this prescription discount card that the local electric coop hands out. At first I assumed they were giving them to customers, or employees, or at least people already on the local dole. This turns out not to be the case: I finally got through to somebody there, and she said, “Sure! We’ve got them right here in the office. Just come by and get one.”
Allegedly, that would make the $60-a-pop prescription I already have cost more like $6. Seriously. The numbers I’ve heard aren’t 10% off full price, but just plain 10% OF full price.
That would help. I’m sure gonna get me one.
