I don’t know if the government really is currently at war with its own citizens, but…

…There is strong evidence that it is training its soldiers to be.

This is…almost impossible for even me to believe.

LittleBoy

I am getting old, going blind, and generally falling apart in ways that suggest I might not be alive for another ten years. While I wouldn’t go so far as to say that’s okay with me, I will say I’ve reached that part of my life where, in terms of priorities, my own life is no longer #1 on the list*. For example, in the incredibly unlikely event that I were to see something like the above in real life, I simply cannot imagine the circumstances that would impel me to take that shot – even if that were the only way to safeguard my own life. And I’m not even a cop or federal officer, sworn to the safety of others.

It seems, however, that our brave protectors do not share my squeamish reservations.**

*Almost. Very close. But not #1.

** While Law Enforcement Targets is definitely a real company, I have been unable to get the “No More Hesitation” link to open. The best I can do is a “server is too busy” error message. Given the number of places this has suddenly shown up on the gunblogosphere, that doesn’t mean it’s a fraud. Doesn’t mean it isn’t, either.

Softening up their hired shooters with heretofore taboo targets, to obliterate the conscience of each individual human shooter who is employed by the eaters. Those poor people. They are oru brothers and sisters, did they but know it. They are living in a nightmare.

The poor orcs could be trained and brainwashed enough to shoot even children ad pregnant women. I pity the poor orcs. They have no idea.

I hope this can end peacefully. More like the collapse of Russia. The eaters must know they cannot win on a global scale, all their propaganda and materialism notwithstanding.

How do we heal a power-damaged mind? It is the absolute demarcation between eaters and producers. Can it be healed other than by death? Isn’t that why some prophets showed up around Earth? And we cannot keep even the first lesson of Cain and Abel.

I am just really disgusted with the direction of politicians these days. Thoroughly disgusted.
They make more enemies every time they draw breath, it seems. When will they learn to be be happy traders? Sheesh.

Hey, Joel, enjoying the blog these days.
    Peace.

    Sorry about the typos. Eek!

  3. I was on that site two days ago and managed the link with no issues. I sent it out in several emails to people I know in other parts of the country and the response was not one of frustration trying to see the link but anger in seeing it. There were 8 targets up, from ol’ man w shotgun to little boy with large handgun and even third trimester pregnant woman with a revolver.
NOW, I think that site has limited access on its server as I cant get anything but Server too Busy errors. OR they may have pulled the page. I would think the latter but who knows. Funny how when the light shines, the cockroaches run.

  4. Luton Ian says:

    Stolen from Frank van Dun; former lecturer in Law and Philosophy at the universities of Ghent and Maastricht in Belgium;

“To repeat, the natural law is the natural order, the order of conviviality of natural persons. It is not concerned with any artificial order (say, the order of kings, queens, knights, pawns, etcetera in the ‘social system’ of chess, or the order of presidents, members of the cabinet, secretaries of state, MP’s, or citizens in the ‘game’ of some State).

The natural law and the positive law are not alternative systems of rules that apply to the same thing. The natural law is the law of natural persons and positive law is a law of artificial persons. Thus, natural law and positive law relate to different things. Therefore, a conflict between natural law and positive law is conceivable only because the artificial persons of the positive law are no more than social positions, roles and functions that — at least for the time being — happen to be occupied, or performed, by natural persons. Even so, there is a real conflict only for those intellectual and moral weaklings who derive their self-esteem from their identification with their social position. A mature adult is supposed to know the difference between the real world and the games people play, between the natural and the artificial. He or she is supposed to be able to keep such things in perspective. “

    Bold is added

It’s a long read, but well worth it, van Dun, the Author, is up there with Hoppe and Kinsella, as one of the leading libertarian legal scholars.

And the sickness just goes deeper and deeper. One creep here is using photos of his own children as targets? No, FF, there is zero hope for evil monsters like this.

I found while speaking with officers and trainers in the law enforcement community that there is a hesitation on the part of cops when deadly force is required on subjects with atypical age, frailty or condition (one officer explaining that he enlarged photos of his own kids to use as targets so that he would not be caught off guard with such a drastically new experience while on duty).

I am reminded of a book I had back during my rottweiler-owning days that counseled against getting any kind of specialized guard-dog training for a rottie kept in the home as it had plenty of natural protective instincts and tools, and it was a bad idea to weaken its inhibitions if you still wanted it to be an indoor family pet.

If Law Enforcement Targets is a real thing and is really selling these targets, I would counsel them to hire an extra person in their accounts receivable department to handle subpoenas of their customer list from lawyers in future wrongful death suits.

  7. Now that the initial curiosity has blown over the site has returned and is available. I was there a bit ago.
Someone needs a swift kick in the crotch was my first reaction.

  10. Anonymous says:

Does targeting family members of rogue cops still seem like a cowardly act? If a cop shoots your kid do you expect her/him to be punished by the system?

  11. Bear says:

So LET has seen the light and taken the targets offline.

The wording of LET’s statement is highly ambiguous:

“These products have been TAKEN OFFLINE due to the opinions expressed by so many, including members of the law enforcement community.” (emphasis added)

They don’t say that they suspended sales of the targets. Does this mean they still stock and sell the psychopathically offensive targets _offline_? If so, to whom?

To the stake with the heretic!
