Gave the ‘pooter a break today, because of all the no-sunlight on the panels. Looks like I picked the wrong day to stop abusing batteries.
It seems a bunch of senators still think gun control is a radioactive issue. Smarter than I expected.
But I am confused about something, tactics-wise. The dems’ background check bill failed, and the “bipartisan” compromise bill failed. Why did the repubs – who were purportedly against the whole idea from the start – feel the need to throw in a last-minute bill so it could fail, too?
