D: Hey, Joel! [L] saved you a bunch of veggie trimmings for your chickens. You want them, or should I pitch them out?

Me: Hell no, don’t pitch them! I’m getting some stuff together to drop off at [Landlady’s], so I’ll swing by before it starts to rain.

D: Okay. And maybe while you’re here you can help me move this new door into the house.

Me: Not a problem.
