…is really dumb.
“This is for wealthy people who are concerned about various disaster scenarios, but a common theme among them is a fear of civil unrest, a fear of an uprising from the 99 percent.”

Lemme get this straight. You fear the 99% will turn against you, and so you run, chasing your kids before you, into a commercially-built luxurious underground bunker whose location is perfectly well known to anyone with two eyes and a pulse.
What keeps somebody from parking a truck up against your big blast door and then throwing a party with your stuff while you rot underground? Seems to me Leslie Fish scoped this situation out a very long time ago.

Joel one thing I have learned over the years is smarts in one field such as wealth management doesn’t necessarily transfer over into other fields such as safety and security. An example of this failure of smarts to translate to other fields was when I dealt with a lady who was going to file suite against my employer. Her child, she told me, had been exposed to a “dangerous and deadly substance.” Her kid had picked some caulk off a window frame, she didn’t know what that was and freaked.
