Still the upper part to do, but for that I need another pair of hands. So I’ll schedule Neighbor D to come over and start with the siding. The clock is ticking now, because afternoons are still windy and one good windstorm will undo several hours’ work and ruin all my tarpaper. However because I am not a complete moron and need some way to finish the corners anyway, all the sheet ends are neatly tucked under that corner flashing. So there should be not much for the wind to get under and tear in the (hopefully) few days I need.
Question for Al Gore, if by chance he reads this…
…does this qualify as a large carbon footprint?
