What does it say about you…

When you’re transferring speed dial numbers to a new phone, and you realize the only retailers in your phone list are a feed store and a junkyard?

(and btw, is there a drearier chore anywhere than building a new phone list? Fortunately mine is rather small.)

It means you don’t waste time talking to them as their information is often wrong. And you don’t get a song stuck in your head because of being on hold. And your speed dial list is more important than mine. My only retailer is the local seldom-used pizza place which has kitchen background noises if I’m on hold. Now I’m hungry.

You should be able to back that info up on your computer and then download it to your new phone. I have no idea how to do this of course:-P.

It’s only a rumor, jabrwok. It’s designed to make us feel inadequate.

    That…I can believe:-(.

It works fine if you save the numbers to the phone not the (default) sim card.

  6. I don’t bother putting any numbers in my cell phone. It won’t work anywhere but right in town anyway, because the mountains block the signal.
