Confirmed: Idaho Permitless Carry to go to Governor Otter
These people are forcing me to pay attention to state-level politics. It was two weeks ago today that the West Virginia senate overrode the veto on permitless carry in that state, and now this morning I read that Idaho is sending a bill to their governor that’s apparently not expected to be vetoed.
I’ve lost count of the states where people don’t have to ask for a slip from the principal before they can carry guns.
Seems like only a few years ago – it was definitely less than fifteen – when I cynically laughed at the absurd notion of ‘Vermont Carry’ ever going any further than that one oddball state. Didn’t expect it to last in Vermont, and said so.
The taste of those words is still sweet.
Thanks for posting this Joel. I had not heard. Freedom starts with an armed populace and Freedom is spreading
