Alert Reader TW kindly sent me a care package with some books, most of which I will definitely read, canned meat and sundries. Also $20 in a sock, which is incredibly timely. I got this new phone but the dollar-store pouch is not getting it. I have a shot at going to the bigger town about 35 miles away on Monday, which would surely offer a shot at a better pouch, but was going to beg off because I only had about six bucks to my name. But with this kind contribution I can improve my belt kibble dramatically.

*Here’s first world poverty for you. In dollar figures I’m probably the poorest guy you know. Regular income of $30/wk, earned by shoveling horse shit. Kill all my own meat. Shop for clothes exclusively at a thrift store. Yet I also manage to be a coffee snob. 🙂
Sure wish there was a Trader Joe’s nearby… supposed to be one opening in Denver, but that might as well be on the moon. Not going there. sigh… Now, if they only had an “on line” store, I’d be set. Enjoy that coffee, Joel. I know I would. LOL
ML, consider Arbuckles Coffe, out of Tucson AZ. The original Cowboy Coffee. They sell whole Bean and ground. Online sales are the best way to get it. The company was founded in Benson Az where my parents live.
What are the dimensions of the phone? I have a drawer full of phone holsters that outstrips my drawer full of gun holsters, maybe I’ve got one to fit?

MamaLiberty, There are presently three TJ’s in the Denver/ Boulder area. Due to weird Colorado laws, only one of them can carry their wine.
