Okay, so there’s this children’s book titled My Parents Open Carry, which was published three years ago but which I (and the pearl-clutching gun grabbers) only just now heard about. Apparently it’s the worst thing you could ever possibly imagine using to teach a child. Beware!

And since the MSNBC article I’m here to mock couldn’t be bothered to actually link to the book, I’m doing that here. Also, here’s the title page…

I’m not actually recommending the book, which I haven’t read. I’m just being a jerk. I’ve been told it’s really scary and evil, though. So it might be pretty good.

Anyway. What was I talking about? Oh, yeah! The MSNBC article – Yeah, it’s pretty much what you’d expect. Don’t bother with it.

    With a typo in the second paragraph. Sigh. I gotta see if my local library has a copy. If so, I bet the checkout person hyperventilates. Sorta like the Farm & Fleet checker when I bought some hollowpoints…
