One fifty-pound sack of flour nicely fills two six-gallon food buckets.
Also, those Sterilite tubs are largely but not completely rodent-resistant. Rats can chew through them, but mostly leave them alone. Not really sure why, but my last sack of flour survived nicely in Landlady’s barn, which has become a rodent-rich environment since the boys and I moved away.

Mice around here will not eat white flour. They will however gnaw on a bar of soap.
Must be all that arsenic in the plastic…..
Had one eat a wool blanket and a poncho. Then he ate rat poison. He’s in the trash can now.
