Good thing they called me from the feed store.
My back problem enjoys a good ironic joke, it seems – I did my part in getting the hay stacked in the barn at full speed and my back never gave me a moment’s problem – but spasmed good while I was taking that second picture. Bastard.

I’m no doctor (and I don’t play one on the Internet) but I don’t think your back needed that. Still, you gotta do what you gotta do.
Out of curiosity, where does your hay come from ? I know you probably can’t grow much locally .
There are some local irrigated hayfields but not enough to feed all the local horses. It comes in on big semi flatbed trailers and to be honest I never asked from where. One of the prairie states, maybe.
I can do lifting, fighting, woodworking. But friggin sneeze or cough wrong? My back goes sproink and I have to wear a wraparound brace for a day or so.
