Wanna watch Ghost take off like he’s two years old again?
So do the pair of ravens who are hanging around outside. Ghost either hates ravens or just enjoys chasing them around, I’ve never known which. But he will launch like the cannonball he used to be whenever they have the effrontery to land in his yard. Never comes close: I’m pretty sure they’re doing it for laughs. Anybody who believes birds have no sense of humor hasn’t watched a raven torture a dog.
I’m stuck indoors this morning, trying to finish a first draft. It’s a typical late winter/early spring morning where the temps are below freezing at dawn but then climb like a rocket as soon as the sun rises, so it’s colder inside than out but not quite worth building a fire.

I’ve been meaning to ask; Have you ever considered making a solar air heater?
It seems that with such a small space to heat something like this: http://www.builditsolar.com/Experimental/PopCanVsScreen/PopCanVsScreen.htm would be quite effective.
If you built for thermosiphon, then you wouldn’t even need a fan to move the air through (though a 12vdc computer case fan would be easy enough to wire into your existing power system).
