It’s a cloudy day. Went out while it was cool and played Mr. Chainsaw Man with that pile of juniper I brought back from D&L’s a couple of weeks ago, just because I’m getting tired of looking at it. Took a couple of hours and maybe cut cut up two-thirds of it, got it split and stacked…
…and that may be all the physical work I get done today, because I got a bad case of the dowannas.
I really did finish my first draft yesterday, complete with some formatting so that chapter heads would show up, and now I should be reading up on ebook publishing but I’m not.
I’m gonna go ahead and blame it on the weather. Monsoon, which has been a pretty pitiful thing so far this year, seems to be sneaking back for another try. It’s just after noon and already thundering in the distance, so we might actually get rain today. Definitely clouding the hell up, even though it’s unusually hot. Yeah, probly oughta shut down Mr. Pooter.
