I have this strange urge to buy a digger hat now…
He showed up unexpectedly yesterday afternoon, having spent all day on the road. No, he didn’t drive it up from the city. He’s intelligent and therefore not nearly that trusting. But it towed behind his pickup without any trouble; just very slowly.
Long-time readers may ask, as every single neighbor who saw it yesterday did, whether this is the same Jeep LB got his head stuck in four years ago. Yes, it is. And somebody did a lovely job rebuilding the filler neck we cut apart to get him out. It’s hard to imagine that now: LB barely fits in the back of the jeep, and couldn’t get his nose into the space that once accommodated his whole head.
We’re all agree we need to do something about the paint job right frickin’ now.
