It would be cheaper, and I can’t see how the results would differ.
Two pull quotes from an article I couldn’t even bring myself to finish…
The White House’s outrage over Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s plan to speak before Congress in March — a move he failed to coordinate with the administration — began to seep through the diplomatic cracks on Friday, with officials telling Haaretz the Israeli leader had “spat” in President Barack Obama’s face.
“We thought we’ve seen everything,” the newspaper quoted an unnamed senior US official as saying. “But Bibi managed to surprise even us.
…
“The secretary’s patience is not infinite,” a source close to Kerry told the Post. “The bilateral relationship is unshakable. But playing politics with that relationship could blunt Secretary Kerry’s enthusiasm for being Israel’s primary defender.”
I labored over a pithy comment, and then decided not to bother.

“I labored over a pithy comment, and then decided not to bother.”
Happens to me a lot… I can’t resist sometimes, but more and more this seems best for my own mental health.
The whole idea of having such petty, even vicious “children” in charge of anything more than their personal teddy bears is, well… nauseating.
I don’t remember who said this, but I use it a lot: I find as I get older that I have less and less to say about more and more.
@zelda
What is there to say, anymore?
Or, as a Maxine cartoon suggests, “I thought I was mellowing as I got older. Turns out, I just don’t give a shit.”
On the other hand… I thought I would mellow as I got older, and have discovered I’m just getting older. Still get riled up, but don’t have the energy to do much about it. “Old too soon, wise too late.”
I would merely note that it is this country’s Blue Wall who spit on their very oaths of office to the Constitution and enable this swill. Nothing more than a Praetorian Guard in the very worst sense of the term. The stench is overwhelming. And it smells like pig.
