There is absolutely no sense left in a society that could ever, for any reason, evoke the following headline:

Can Facebook friendships be saved once election ends?

Really. Even if it were parody – which it’s not – oh, lord…

Hey! Somebody you only correspond with on Facebook is not actually your friend. No matter how many times you ‘friend’ that person.

Also, ‘friend’ is not a verb.

    I don’t do politics or religion on Facebook, and I grimace severely at those who do. But that’s about as far as my displeasure goes.

    Don’t do “facebook” at all. Tried it for a little while, to humor my family, and wish I could get those minutes back to use for better things. 🙁

    Ummm…if an election is going to mess up your friendship; it was much of a friendship to begin with.
