Yeah, I’m a privacy nut and yeah, “drone” is a bad word. But I don’t care, this is still cool.

It would hit max creepy very quickly if they didn’t need me to give them the GPS data. But I’m pretty sure nobody around here has anything to worry about anyway.

If you’re worried: Amazon Skeet! Or Trap, depending on the the doomed flight’s direction.

I figure when the drones regularly start coming over, it will be time to go big or go home…

If you’ve given them an address, you’ve given them your GPS data. Try it with Google Earth. Find your home and place the “tack” on it. The readout will be your latitude and longitude. That used to work well with some Magellan GPS units when they let you create your own POIs from lat/long instead of address. The crowd I hang with hits horse shows (barrel races), some of which are out in the boonies where governmentally assigned addresses aren’t too accurate. I could drop a “tack” on the entrance to the facility on GoogleEarth, get the readout, input it to the Magellan program, and expect the GPS to route me to the middle of that dirveway.

What is this “address” of which you speak?
