In regard to a South Carolina reciprocity law…

“Everybody wants the right to carry a gun and that’s dangerous in a free society,” [SC Rep Wendell] Gilliard said. “We should not allow that.”

Indeed… see, when these progressives use the word “free,” they mean that they should be free of discomfort – of any kind, or free from being offended – whatever they decide this week… stuff like that. They absolutely do not understand the actual meaning of the words they use. And “society” is only the people who agree with them.

  2. Everyone already has the right to carry a gun; these anti-liberty bigots just try to find ways to stop them. With “laws” and other nonsense.

In reading this I was reminded of something George Orwell wrote in Animal Farm: “Some animals are more equal then others” and that is the the main problem here.

    Dear Wendell:
That’s about the stupidest self-contradictory thing I’ve heard in years. As for “not allowing”, eff you, sir. (walks away grumbling to hisself).
