It’s a sort of stream of consciousness column inch filler that’s entirely about the writer, who is clearly a very virtuous fellow*, and clicking that link will not edify you in any useful way. Looking at the headline two things come to mind, first the whiners who decry the movie for not having more blacks and Muslims are looking at it from the standards of today as oppose to the realities of the time the movie is depicted. The second thing that comes to mind is the source. The Independent which has only one use, wrapping up compost or in England wrapping up fish and chips.
You’re not allowed to use newsprint to wrap chips any more in the UK. The ink used for newspapers only adheres poorly to the paper and prefers to stain everything it touches.
Too bad, the newspaper wrapping was part of the charm of U.K. Fish and chips.
