Also, it’s cold and windy and really pretty miserable, which of course is the perfect day for a neighbor to move in and have water problems – on a property where I’m caretaker, so I can’t just pull the old “my cell phone didn’t get the call” trick. So I’m out and around today. Also very cloudy, so probably shouldn’t be on the ‘pooter anyway. Just saying.
Also, home-built infrastructure can have all sorts of interesting features hidden from the people who buy it from you. I’m in the process of trying to find a local plumber. Good luck to me. Later.
