Good News! I’ve got (almost) everything I need to tile the Secret Lair’s floor!
Turns out I still need about $50 worth of waterproofing, but why stick at that when I’ve already sold myself into indentured servitude to D&L to the tune of something like $250, to be paid off at $10/hr. Hey, what else is there to do? And winter will be much more pleasant with a tiled floor. No more LB hair stuck in the OSB.
Bad News! I still don’t have internet service, and don’t know when I will. Wildblue blew me off for a third time, and as far as I’m concerned that’s grounds for divorce. I ordered a hotspot from Freepop, but I don’t have a lot of confidence that it’ll work out here. Their network coverage is not encouraging. Assuming that fails, as I sort of suspect, I’ll have to do something else, and for “else” you can just go ahead and read “expensive.”
But I’ll work it out somehow.
