Spent some time in the reloading shack yesterday afternoon, and have to say – Cool! There were 170 once-fired .44 Special cases in that care package! The box of bullets is valuable, thank you very much, but the cases are becoming priceless.
Now if anybody’s cleaning out his gun safe and finds a S&W 629 he’s sick of and that’s headed for the dumpster…
But seriously, folks: That brings me to nearly 400 cases for my Taurus, which is good because some of my older brass got a little blowed-out with those hot loads I experimented with and that the Taurus didn’t like at all. Really – I’ve never had to trim pistol brass before…
