If you want to be the last person able to buy ammo during a panic…

Your pistol calibers are .32 ACP and .41 Magnum.

At least judging from the ammo available at the local drug store. 🙂

I was surprised to see they actually got in a little .223 Remington.

And for a wonder they haven’t yet run out of 22lr. Though pound for pound you’re probably better off buying gold.

    Which is pretty much the only reason I still own both a .32 ACP and a .41 mag pistol… And a 7.62 Nagant and a 32-20 and…

.38 Super is still to be had here and there

The only thing available here at Cabelas in Maine is 25 acp

Haven’t we been down this road before? Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it. Every election cycle this has happened. Now through in a dose of 2020 and there you have it.

And yes I have both .32 ACP and .41 Magnum.

  6. Wuhan Flu, race riots, natural disasters, an election year, and an economy on the ropes….you can’t do much more than that to drive ammo, guns, freezedrieds, freezers, and fuel cans off the shelves.

Of course, some of us have been stockpiling this for years……

I just bought a new deer rifle, and the fact that they had 6 boxes of 6.5 creedmor had a lot to do with the decision to pick that over 308

I load my own. I’m set for the next few years, unless the SHTF.

I ducked into my regional sporting goods store about 3 months ago, with a wild hair for .38 Special ratshot, and I was pleasantly surprised to find some! I snatched up two of the mini boxes of it (10 rounds each?) and scooted on home, satisfied. Everything else in my closet has plenty to feed them, unless things go sideways for a long time. I may not be the smartest gun owner, but I like to think I’ve got a healthy paranoia regarding ammo supplies and the need to stock up when there’s plenty in the stores.

    I can use both
