…how things work in this strange new world.
If I walk into a Starbucks, say, and it’s a little dark, and everybody there is holding something but I can’t quite see what they’re holding…
How many of them is it okay for me to kill?
Or is it only the specially chosen, highly trained, highly skilled police officers who get a license to kill in the interest of ‘getting home safe at the end of their shift”?
I’m sure the guy driving the cruiser really appreciated the chance to be a part of all that. Wonder if he’ll ever get his hearing back?

We might learn how this plays out in a year or two. They both will get paid the whole time for not working, they need lots of time to meet with lawyers that probably will be paid for with tax dollars.
I watched some of the local county Barny’s working the forfeiture game on I40 today. They are out there every day its not raining. I guess the dog don’t like to get wet. He is well trained, I hear he “alerts” when the handler tugs the leash just right then all your shit is dragged out on the side of the road. God help you if you happen to have any cash on you because thats all they’re after.
Papa George is cursing US, our current laws and our handlers.
I have wondered if this isn’t a PUSH. You know, to a controlled, cashless society.
It will not be barter-less with this tactic.

If you gets you a badge, you can kill as many as you want. Especially if the melanin content of their skin is low. That rarely even makes the local news, unless they were a tourist in a tourist economy…
i also wondered about his hearing.
i bet he is being isolated and told no job if he talks to the press.
Doesn’t look like it was okay for anybody to s…
Oh, wait, forgot where I’m at.
“Effin’ cops! Gettin’ away with murder while all the copsuckers praise them for it! Muh blue line!”
Did I do that right? 😉
🙂 If Mohamed Noor spends as much as ten minutes in prison, I’ll agree that all us atheistic cop-hating bomb-throwers are overreacting.
But he won’t. And you or I would already be in jail without bond waiting trial.
Thanks for the link, BTW. Maybe I’ll even sell a booklet or two.
I am sad about this. Poor lady called the police to get help for someone else and ended up getting shot for the trouble.
I would really like to know what happened that night, but it really doesn’t look good for that officer. I can’t imagine how an unarmed woman presented a deadly threat. We don’t know much, but the story seems to be that she did not have a weapon of any sort. That’s a tough one to explain.
But the folks who constantly claim that calling the cops just makes things worse are certainly having a field day with this. “Call the cops for help, and they’ll solve your problem by killing you for having a cell phone.”
