The eye doctor told me what I already knew, that the left eye is healing up very nicely. Come back in two weeks, and maybe we’ll talk prescription. sigh.
D&L always plan their trips to the big town around my doctor appointments, so I have no room to complain when they have a lot of stops to make. Today we came back with 500# of salt, 1000# of wood pellets, three outdoor lamps, two towel rods, assorted hardware, cast-off morning coats, a large mattress cover, and a 42-inch television. Everything but the salt and the wood pellets shared the back seat with me. That was a little weird.
But anyway, I’m just kinda tired. Tended the chickens, fed the dogs, did some other chores that shouldn’t wait another day, now I’m going to try and kick back a little.
