See, this is why you never call the cops.

Police: Man arrested after calling 911 to find out if he had any warrants

It’s not what you think. I know, I also assumed that yes, he was indeed wanted for kidnapping that busload of cheerleaders after his amazingly dramatic spree of robbing all those convenience stores. Right?

But no. Apparently he wasn’t wanted for anything – prior to making the call.

According to WGNO, Christian Palacios, 24, placed the call just after 10 p.m. on July 16.

He reportedly told officers responding to his call that he knew the difference between an emergency call and a non-emergency call.

Palacios is now charged with unlawful use of the 911 system, the Thibodaux Police Department said.

The violation carries up to a $500 fine and as much as 30 days in the parish jail.

They arrested him for calling the police the wrong way.

Tell me again how our lives would fall apart without cops?

I nominate Mr. Palacios as the poster child for lack of assimilation, acculturation and education. Thans to the regressive ass****s of the supposed “D” party and the one worlders in the supposed “R” party. Frankly, my “give a cr*p” quotient for his situation is zero. I don’t disagree that the cops could have been more understanding if this was a first incident, but then I suspect they too have exhausted their patience reserves.

To the stake with the heretic!
