Helpful Hint from the Hermit

No, I’m not really back. I’m just playing with my neighbor’s hotspot which is very cool in a Magic Elf Box* kinda way, sort of works, and is v-e-r-r-r-y s-l-l-o-o-o-w.

Hey, kids! Do you know what happens when you drop a metal boxcutter in a cargo pocket that already contains two 9-volt batteries? That’s right, kids! Things get rather warm in there. So don’t do that, m’kay? Let’s play safe. Don’t be like Joel.

I totally boosted “Magic Elf Box” from Lawdog of “The Lawdog Files” fame. My only claim is the modifier “Portable Magic Elf Box”.

Too bad you’re having the problems and I can totally empathize, but it’s nice to get at least a little glimpse of you out here. Hope to have you back full time soon. Meanwhile, try not to hurt yourself. 🙂

YAY! Joel is back… sort of.

Batteries in pockets… Oh yeah. I learned that the hard way myself. 🙂

Batteries in the pocket, BTDT. Only version of hot pants I’ve ever owned.
