Sometimes nothing’s going on.

Moved the game camera nearer the wash two days ago, in a spot where I still see mule deer.

Turns out nothing much is happening there at present, though…

We’re supposed to be in a warming period now but at present it’s bloody freezing. At least the wind settled down. March is the meanest month. I’m thoroughly sick of winter, have projects I want to get going on, but life is all about huddling indoors avoiding the weather.

    :) If you stare unblinkingly at any single spot anywhere in the gulch for 72 hours, at some point in that period a rabbit will hippity-hop across your field of view. So the sight of one only shows that, in that rabbit’s view, nothing exciting is happening.
